Customer Success Specialist
Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.

Have 1+ year of experience in customer-oriented positions, prior experience in SaaS would be a plus.

Fluency in English and Turkish language is a must. Exceptionally good writing skills.

Proficiency in tools (BI, Intercom, Auth0, Mailchimp etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong attention to detail.

Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. Eagerness to learn about new tools and take on challenges.

Good understanding product infrastructure with both technical and business perspective. Have knowledge business process and customer operations.

Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting and time management skills.

Ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolution.

Experience with software product support and conducting projects in Agile methodology is a plus.

Living in İstanbul.
Roles and Responsibilities
-
Working closely with engineering, marketing and sales teams to improve user experience.

Create and organize documentation to maintain a knowledge base, user manuals and training materials.

Be proactive in identifying issues and cases on behalf of clients to maximize the value they get out of our products.

Continuously monitor client status to ensure issue-free usage of the products.

Prepare and present periodic business reports to the Customer Success Manager.

Monitoring customer complaint trends and analyzing them for necessary action plans.
